Tree is touching phone line

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Tree is overhanging my property and touching an overhead phone line. It needs cutting right back to stop it being on my property as all the leaves fall into the garden. The tree is also stopping tall vehicles from easily accessing the allotments.
