Awful tar surface been put down

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

It looks like the pavement has been resurfaced with the wrong mix. It looks appalling - far worse than it was before -it's sticky in hot weather and is already disintegrating. It was put down without sufficiant time before 200 school kids came out for the day , so is absolutely covered in footprints and puchchair/wheelchair tracks. It is such a mess. Its splashed all over the kebside and peoples front drives. I feel very sad that we have effectively paid (through our council tax) for the council to vandalise our streets
