Had an email telling me no further action drain fixed. This is not the case. No none has been here or emptied any drain. My property still floods on downpour. Can you give me a phone nitro the oersom I need to speak to regarding this matter.8 years now all on this website local no is my next course.

    It maybe pointless leaving something here if the council don’t see it. I will be speaking to local MP about it as nothing has really been done about the actual problem. All they do is try to empty the gulley. It needs urgent repair not a vacuum

    Never been fixed. Fobbed off again. Can’t wait for the thunderstorms forecast so my property floods again. I will supply more photos of this and file for a compensation claim as I have more than enough evidence of the council’s incompetence to deal with a 7 year old on going problem.

    Still not fixed. I have made a flood nastier to my property to protect it as the council are totally incompetent to fix it
