Paving stones buckled upwards in extreme heat

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Due to heat wave, paving stones have buckled up and do not set down when cool in the evening presenting a trip hazard . Needs to be relaid and joints reset in flexible sealant to allow for expansion. Second time this has happened when using cement .Series of 4 to 6 paving slabs located by black car entry gate to Iron Foundry

  • The damaged paving stones have got worse since first reported. There is no street lighting a likely to cause serious personal injury at night.
