Pavement in terrible condition

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The pavement along Stoke lane has just been resurfaced. I'm not sure why this was done, it wasn't in a particularly bad condition. The resurfacing has been done extremely badly and now the pavement looks a complete mess all the way along. Some of the manhole covers have had the edges covered and will not be able to be opened. Tar has been splashed up people's garden walls and onto their drives. The edges look a complete mess. Someone from the council needs to come to have a look at it and decide if it is really the standard of workmanship they expect. I am very disappointed that my council tax has been used to pay for the pavement along my street to be made worse.
