3211982 previous case number. I have an Email saying job as been completed and case closed, all that as been done is the drain as been cleaned, what needs to be done is construction work as the drain is not large enough to absorb all the rain water so just cleaning drain is not the answer

Ongoing problem cleaning the drain is not the answer, construction work is needed to allow the high volumes of rainwater to drain away
