Im afraid we have this carnage every week .... mainly caused by students not willing to sort out their recycling. Also, 52 UBR doesnt have any black bins or recycling bins, so they just dump it next to others ... consequently animals spread it all over the road. The council need to impose some fines here so that people wise up to their responsibilities ... we all have to live here but at the moment we have some residents who just don't care !!
