Large buddleia now obstructing visibility to right for drivers entering roundabout. This has been an ongoing problem for a number of years. It was cut back last year but has now grown back worse than before. As the OP stated it needs to be completely dug out to prevent regrowth. This is an urgent safety hazard as drivers cannot see circulating traffic on the orundabout without edging out at least half way into lane 1 of the circulatory.
