Someone has broken the fence near the garages in Freshland way. They are accessing Freshland way via the playing fields on Rodney Road. The people coming through or not residents of Freshland way.

The hole has been there about two months, I previously reported it and nothing has been done. This needs to be fixed as we have had issues in the past with people congregating in Freshland way causing a nuisance.
