Pothole outside 45 Rockside drive

This large pothole has appeared in concrete area of footpath outside property of 45 Rockside Drive, bs9 4nx. It is about 1inch deep and eroding away deeper in areas. It has been there for a while but is getting deeper and Bigger, about 20 inches in diameter. I went over my ankle on it this week when walking down the road.
