Road gully blocked with sand and cement, possibly from building work next door.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This surface water gully was noticed whilst I was surveying the SW drains in the road. We believe that the debris from your road gully is making its way into the WW SW line.

    This drain outside junction of rudthorpe road with strathmore road has been blocked since residents of a house further up rudthorpe road excavated and rebuilt a front garden wall and a path (currently still working on property). Debris and cement from this property has washed down the road and into the gully/ drains - the drains and roadway from no 30 onwards are filled with sand and cement , drain at no 48 is blocked and there is flooding at bottom of strathmore junction with Downend road.
