Looks like commerical waste bring fly tipped on pavement and road on the corner of Victoria parade when will somebody take action against whoever keeps doing it ,it's a constant issue, also rubbish bins being stored on the road causing an obstruction this issue has been reported time and again and no body is sorting out the issues it's attracting virmin.
