No entry signs badly placed or being ignored. Needs more awareness on that junction as very dangerous.

Reported via mobile in the Road signage category anonymously at 17:02, Sat 25 June 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On Wick Road BS4 4HT there are 2 no entry signs to stop vehicles from entering into Langton Court. They are either badly placed because numerous cars per day drive through this no entry road or people are not taking any notice. There should be a no entry in words painted on the road or a no entry symbol painted on the road to help. I live at this location and have 2 small children. There is a primary school directly opposite this no entry road and I have witnessed a lot of of ocassions where children have nearly been ran over because it is not clear enough to a lot of drivers that this road is a no entry road. This has been going on for years but it has increased considerably in recent months. Something needs to be done. You normally look 1 way to see oncoming traffic because you don't expect to see traffic coming from the other way through a no entry. This is very dangerous and its a daily occurrence where numerous vehicles drive through this no entry.
