Bristol Cty Council rules ignored by Stapleton road shop keepers

Why can shop keepers use residence car park with no regard to BCC rules. Why? This has been reported several times with photographic evidence !

Tenant had to beg the council Estates Officers to erect signs because of the misuse of the car park by anther business close by who still park their customers cars in both residence car parks off Fox Rd. Spaces are limited often residence home care workers and nurses can’t park near to their patient . This shop owner don’t care and has not been fined for breaking BCC rules or properly written to find alternative parking . Why is this still happening . Council needs to stop taking Council Tax ! Thanks
