Grass cutting incomplete and left a complete mess

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I tried to attach a photo where it said 'attach photo' but it wasn't working. Will keep the photo for my records of this situation and therefore can send it to you if you wish via some other route that works. The grass verge outside our house on Falcondale Road has been left half finished with grass cuttings left all over the path to our house. It looks like the person responsible has literally just driven over a random small patch of grass and left the rest all overgrown. It looks very untidy and I am sincerely hoping this is not the finished job. Please let me know when it will be completed.
