Foul smelling drains again

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Disgusting drain smell throughout the day and night. This issue goes away in the winter and returns every summer and no one comes to fix it. It is now at the point where we have to keep our windows closed all the time. Please can someone fix this this summer!
