Traffic light facing in wrong direction

The traffic light circled in the picture (from Google Maps), which controls the northbound traffic flow from Bedminster onto Redcliff Hill, appears to have been turned in such a way that it now faces Commercial Road instead.

PS: there's no "Traffic Lights" category to seleect!
