Yellow lines outside driveway Parking Tickets issued while we unload

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Our neighbor can overhang there huge motor-home half way over our driveway which has double yellow lines but the wheel doesn't touch the line so its OK!! Meanwhile we get parking tickets outside our driveway with dropped curb when we Load/Unload vehicles and support tenants and can be how is this fair ? Can you tell the neighbor to park there convoy of vehicles in front there own driveway and remove the double yellows from outside our driveway so we can park there please
