Major wall separation and movement

Whole wall separating all along (it’s a long wall). It’s dangerously separating. Any bad weather further movement may cause it to fall on someone. This is a main route for primary and secondary children, adults to walk. When the utility company are digging and drilling the ground shakes, I could feel it. The separating has been getting worse each week.
