Whole field is overgrown with grass and brambles. Plus rubbish being tipped

  • The grass in Napier Miles road field is overgrown and is a serious fire risk I do not think time tables matter now the grass is tinder dry and waiting too be lit. It is a serious threat too houses bordering the field including mine its a real worry can you please deal with this if there is a fire I will know that I have contacted you three times so you have been told about it.
