Plants growing at bottom of Tree

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hello - there is a small sapling tree opposite 104 Summerhill Rd, last year some plants were planted in the soil at the bottom of the tree, the plants are now very big and now being used by dogs for toilet and bottles/cans from nearby pub at night being thrown here. Also pavement quite narrow.
