Barriers left behind

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3630379.

23 weeks the road was repaired, the barriers have moved around a bit, now they are on the pavement outside 31, there are 8/10 barriers 6 ft long, so obstructing passers by, needs removal asap
