The elderly (housebound) lady at 21 Crowther Park is distressed about the over grown brambles and hedges. She spends most of the day looking out the window for company and is distressed about the unattended and ugly nature next to her house. In the past neighbours have tidied the area, but we were severely reprimanded by the council for doing this. Instead we were advised to report the issue to you and you would attend to it. Thank you.
