Cars repeatedly crashing into our house

Reported via desktop in the General highways enquiry category by Annabel Smith at 15:15, Wed 29 June 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

We have now had several episodes of cars crashing into our house. Our house is on a corner, on a steep hill. After a previous episode, when the entire stone door frame of our house was left in a pile of rubble, the council came to visit and told us that bollards could not be put outside our house because of underground pipes. Yesterday another car crashed into the house, this time with not much damage. Something must be done, this is dangerous. Perhaps some sort of blocks or planters could be put outside the house, to stop future crashes without damaging underground pipes? We need another visit from the council.
