Loose kerb on pavement

Loose kerb on the pavement next to the road is wobbly. When driven over in my car it hit the rear axle area and snapped it causing serious damage to the car, rendering it undrivable. There will be high costs for repairs of the car. I don't know how long it was there for. The loose part is outside Fremantle house, on Dove street south
