The tree branches are touching the building and propert windows

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This has been reported by the previous tenants a few times now and is your responsibility to ensure the trees are cut back within sufficient time. These overgrown branches will eventually cause damage to the building. The council are very quick to place stipulations but aren't very quick to carry out their responsibilities. The trees have been like this for at least 3 months and is unacceptable.
