Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

On the junction of Cooks Folly and Knoll Hill there always seems to be a car parked on the double yellow lines which blocks the view of vehicles driving out of Cooks Folly. This is despite the fact that there is ample space nearby to park legally.
