No drop curb for disabled

We need a drop curb outside M&S Avonmeads BS20SP To access Avonmeads shopping area. Mobility scooters and wheel chairs don’t have access to this area.

  • As you are exiting M&S on the left the pavement there has no drop curb, to the right of the exit there is a crossing the wheel chairs can’t get too. We walk over the bridge from the Sainsbuys roundabout to M&S and my husband has to stay on the pavement out side M&S while I carry on to Avonmeads to shop. I do hope the can be rectified.
