Blocked gullies in the area

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3639430.

There is an issue with blocked gullies in this area it has been going on for months and is becoming hazardous as soon the rain water will not be able to drain and will eventually smell foul maybe emitting poisonous/hazardous air as citizens believe there may be dead animals/animal excrement in the gullies and as it's stagnant it will create hazardous water. They have grit, leaves, vegetation and solid paint in the gullies
