Fixed speed camera not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The two fixed speed cameras are not working on St Phillips Causeway, in both directions. I am seeing more dangerous and fast driving as drivers are realising the cameras aren't enforcing the 40mph speed limit. I've contacted Avon & Somerset police and they say the cameras are the responsibility of the local authority.
