This truck always( for more than 3 years now) parks on Heathcote Rd,despite that the owner lives on another road. That would be ok, if it wasn't for the truck constantly leaking oil. I have written messages to the owner and spoken to him several times but he doesn't fix the leak on his truck. He parks very frequently right in front of our house and we have plenty of oil stains on the road now.
