Very noisy rattling manhole cover

Loose manhole cover that rattles very loudly whenever a vehicle goes over it, so much that it keeps local residents awake. On junction of St Michael's Hill and Tyndall's Park Mews. See photo, but if in any doubt which one just wait a minute for a car to go over it and you'll hear it.
