No entry sign facing the wrong way

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3642976.

No entry sign on one side of the road has been turned so it is not visible if you and heading towards it from Lodge Causeway. Meaning vehicles are attempting to turn into the No Entry.
