Trees over hanging and blocking sun light

The trees which in the flats garden on tarnock ave are hanging over the wall at the end of griggfield walk by the end of the culdecas by my house 36 every time the ash bins or any large vans turn around it is hitting the branches off the tree as they have grown out and down too much also it is blocking our sun light
