Tree touching phoneline

I raised this issue previously, with reference 3603580, the issue has been marked closed despite the tree still overhanging my property and now more branches are touching the phone line. Please can this be resolved quickly? It will need somebody with a raised platform(cherry picker) to cut the branches as they are too high to reach from ground. Thanks
