Drain blocked completely has been like this since ladt year

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Completely blocked drain with mud and earth. I reported this in November last year and appart for several e mails saying its being looked into nothing has been done to date. The drain is outside 51 elmdale Rd but on the palmyra side as is an end house.
