Cycle lane blocked by dangerous parking

Cycling is blocked by an inconsiderate resident who part their car on a angle across the cycle lane and road. This is a continuing daily problem by selfish residents of Avon crescent who are too lazy to walk from the car park at the end of the road which is empty.

Please forward to a parking warden to come on the morning shift and issue some tickets
