Street light does not consistently light

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Streetlight opposite 213 Wordsworth close in the cul de sac and it is very dark when citizen comes home from work after working night shifts and they have fallen over their garden step multiple times. If the light does come on it comes on at 8pm and goes out at approximately 10-11pm
