The council keeps reporting the problem fixed and there appears to ve no change. Someone need to investigate this a more deeply

This was the position with the last time there was a normal rainfall and has existed for a long time. The present dry weather should allow the gully to be checked properly for any blockage so that it is cleared before the rain re-appears. It is in an area with a lot of foot traffic from elderly and disabled people and should be rectified without further delay if not dealt with recently.
