The bushes next to the side of my flat have become really overgrown and has now started to cover the path. It would now be difficult for someone with a pushchair / or in a wheelchair to use. It is on the side of my flat 116 in the lane.

This seems to be happening year after year. I have had too cut it back myself numerous times. When the council have been out to cut other bushes in the area they very rarely cut this one. It looks a mess all the time.

It needs to be regularly maintained.
