Blocked gully not cleared as reported

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 20:08, Tue 5 July 2022

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I raised a problem 3222182 on 7th January and have been awaiting resolution. My problem has been recorded as fixed and closed but this is patently incorrect. I attach a photo which clearly shows the problem. To the back of the photo you can see lamppost #12 which should further help you to identify the location should you own maps on your own problem reporting website prove inadequate. I am suspicious that you have just closed the record 2 days prior to its 6-monthiversary! Reading between the lines it would appear that you have a 6 month service level target for my type of problem.

  • The clearer visited Hampstead Rd about 2 weeks ago. I spoke the the workmen but they said their vehicle was too wide to get to the service lane and that you would have to order their smaller vehicle. They said they'd refer back to you but I see nothing here to suggest they did.
