Street name faded out and board partially obscured

The street name "The Crescent" has almost completely faded out and now with the hedge growth the board itself is mostly obscured, photo attached. This does lead to some confusion especially at night, and even more as the street light on this corner (separately reported) is not working.

    Close up photo in the day - as can be seen, the lettering has almost completely faded, and the hedge is obscuring the board as well (not that there are any letters left to hide).
