Mobility scooter obstructing doorway.

Access is needed to the lock and keypad to the left of door. People using walking frames struggling to enter building (was asked by resident to open door as they could reach the keyhole). Also it's the main fire exit and would cause a bottleneck in an emergency. There are a number users of mobility scooters in the building, if they all parked here no access would be possible.
