Loose cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3653863.

There's a cover on the grass that is loose. Walking my dog this morning and he put one leg on it and the cover flipped up, luckily I pulled my dog away. The loose cover is by the Tride Grove street sign.
