Camper Van Too Wide For Road, Blocking Emergency Vehicles

This camper van which is a commercial venture has been dumped on Bellevue again, this time it is parked badly so an emergency vehicle won’t be able to get through when there are cars parked opposite it. An Asda delivery driver had to reverse back last night because of the way this vehicle is selfishly parked. Can the council please contact the owner and ask for it be moved or re-parked suitably for such a narrow street.
