Abandoned caravan and trailer

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3659236.

A caravan and trailer have been abandoned/dumped for the past 2 years, outside number 60 Southwood Avenue. They are facing oncoming traffic, which is illegal and they are not lit at night, which is also illegal. Southwood Avenue is a bus route and because the trailer is parked opposite a disabled parking bay, this makes it difficult for the buses to get by.
