Uneven pavement surface and kerbs dropping

The pavement surface is very uneven and sagging approx 4ft including 2 kerbs stones which are dropping further slowly. alot of water also sits on road area next to the kerb and is blocking water going to the drains in the street when raining . A number of cracks are appearing on the pavement in this area. The problem has been there for some time but is getting worse as time goes on, so I'm reporting it. Hopefully someone will investigate and rectify this to avoid further issues especially as something simular happened on the other pavement across the road. That has been sorted though now.

    In Milsom Street huge holes on which course a big problem for drivers. It's been there for over a year! Please fix it.
