Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3662454.

When are you going to fill this big dip in the road it's been hear for about 2 years it was filled in once years ago you do get bus and lorries driving over it alot which don't help makes it deeper and why your there going along the road to the petrol station there are about another 6 3ft dips in the road the hole of this road needs retarmacing.
