Chainlink fence collapse on PROW.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3664787.

Footpath between Station Avenue and Adelaide Place. Chainlink wire fence on west side of public footpath steps has collapsed over path and has to be pushed back in order to pass. Also substantial overgrowth of vegetation from (council-owned?) Gardens of Annie Scott Cl. This obstructs the footpath but also the Station Avenue pavement, particularly when using wheelchair from Quarry Court home.
