Sodium street light still not lit

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3665311.

The bulb in this sodium streetlight was replaced on Friday 8 July (ref 3590407), however the streetlight is still not working. Please can the whole assembly be replaced with a modern energy efficient LED streetlight that illuminates the pavement?
